BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. You will lead a team of nurses, perform clinical assessments, and develop care plans to ensure high-quality home-based care for adult clients across the county.

The role combines clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven organization committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel Philadelphia County.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
