BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our PA Assistive Care office in Montgomery County as a Clinical Manager. This role leads a team of field caregivers and ensures high-quality, in-home client care.

The Clinical Manager coordinates visits, develops care plans, and mentors staff to deliver compassionate, compliant service. Requires an active RN license and travel across the service area.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Recent hands-on nursing experience required.
• Prior home health care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional client care.
• Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments throughout Montgomery and Delaware counties.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aide (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.
• Provide ongoing guidance, education, and support to field employees.
• Partner with office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
