BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time or per-diem roles with flexible hours and autonomy. Earn $50–$65 per hour based on experience, with 20–40 hours weekly and a strong focus on in-home patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership to supervise, train and mentor nurses, aides and caregivers.
• Care plan development experience.
• Quality assurance and risk management experience.
• Reliable car with driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Flexible with on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
