Qualifications

• Active RN license in the operating state.
• 2–3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• Proficient in IV infusions and related care.
• Sales and business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Care plan development expertise.
• Quality assurance and risk management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Reliable vehicle with driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Flexible with on-call duties and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets standards and regulations.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers for high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
