Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a PACU/OR RN Clinical Leader at Cambridge Hospital to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the perioperative services team.

The role requires a BSN, MA RN licensure, AHA BLS, CNOR or CPAN within one year, and a minimum 5 years in PACU/OR with 2 years in a charge role. You will lead staff development and coordinate with the nurse manager to improve clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required.
• Licensure: Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, and CNOR (OR) or CPAN (PACU) obtained within one year of hire.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in PACU/OR with a minimum of 2 years charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality patient care according to Cambridge Health Alliance standards of nursing practice.
• Collaborate with the nurse manager to foster skilled and quality evidence-based nursing care, unit organization and staff development.
• Direct performance improvement initiatives and provide functional leadership to health care team members.
