Job summary

Eastern Massachusetts Surgery Center in Norwood, MA seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, lead nursing staff, coordinate operating room workflow, and ensure safe, high-quality perioperative patient care.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership and supervision of nursing and clinical staff.
• Oversees daily surgical schedules, patient flow, staffing assignments, and Operating Room workflow.
• Ensures compliance with nursing standards, CMS Conditions for Coverage, OSHA, CDC guidelines, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitors clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Promotes infection prevention practices and manages equipment readiness and instrument processing.
