Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, implement physicians' orders, and provide total nursing care for residents. You will lead care planning, supervise staff, and ensure safe, effective treatments while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Responsibilities include administering medications, starting IVs, coordinating with therapy teams, and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with valid RN license or LVN/LPN and 2+ years nursing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess and update resident care plans.
• Interview applicants and participate in hiring decisions.
• Lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments.
• Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is maintained safely.
• Coordinate nursing care for residents scheduled for therapy or procedures.
• Record observations and reactions to care and treatments.
• Assist or initiate emergency measures as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
