Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a skilled nurse supervisor to work with physicians, implement orders, supervise LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, and ensure comprehensive resident care.

The role emphasizes assessment, care planning, medication administration, IV starts, and collaboration with therapy and other departments, with a focus on safety, compliance, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current state registration in Louisiana.
• Experience supervising LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident care plans and implement nursing interventions.
• Lead team conferences and assign qualified staff.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely.
• Coordinate care with other departments for therapies.
• Record observations and respond to adverse events.
• Assist emergency measures as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
