Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs in a long-term care setting. You will ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.

You will lead nursing staff during shifts, maintain thorough documentation, administer medications, and participate in care planning and discharge procedures in a team-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure care follows Federal, State, and Local guidelines and Nursing Director requirements.
• Direct day-to-day nursing assistant functions.
• Complete required forms and charting for admissions and discharges.
• Review and transcribe physician orders and record progress notes.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Respond to call lights and monitor resident status.
• Attend in-service education and maintain confidentiality.
