Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services seeks a registered nurse supervisor to lead nursing staff in delivering comprehensive resident care. You will implement physician orders, supervise LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, and coordinate care plans to meet residents’ needs efficiently and safely.

The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to state and federal regulations. A valid RN license and at least two years of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in directing, motivating and training staff.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and family.
• Graduate of accredited RN program with valid state license; minimum 2 years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs/LVNs and CNAs to deliver total nursing care.
• Implement physicians' orders and document treatments.
• Assess, plan, and update individualized care plans and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other departments and maintain compliance with rules.
