Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a knowledgeable RN to serve as a CNA/TMA Instructor. You will educate CNAs and TMAs, develop engaging training programs, and provide hands-on instruction to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in clinical nursing and staff education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver instruction.
• Knowledge of CNA and TMA roles and regulatory requirements.
• Organisational skills to manage training schedules and documentation.
• Commitment to promoting high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Design, organise, and conduct instructional sessions for CNA and TMA training programs.
• Provide practical skills training and simulate patient care scenarios.
• Assess and monitor trainee performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
• Update and maintain training materials in accordance with current healthcare guidelines and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify educational needs and enhance workforce competencies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee certifications.
