Job summary

A premier CNA and HHA Training School seeks an RN Instructor in Framingham, MA to teach and evaluate students in the Certified Nurse Assistant Training program. Qualifications

• Must have a current active license without restriction as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• At least one year of experience working in a long-term care facility in the last five years.
• Experience in teaching Nurse Aide education or supervising nursing students is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and direct the training experience for students.
• Evaluate students' skills and knowledge at regular intervals.
• Maintain accurate records as required by state and federal regulations.
• Engage in regular effective communication with stakeholders about program changes.
