Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a CNA/TMA Instructor. You will educate CNAs and TMAs, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care in clinical settings.

The role combines hands-on instruction with curriculum development and regulatory compliance. You will design and deliver training sessions, assess trainee performance, maintain training materials, and collaborate with clinical leadership to raise workforce

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in clinical nursing and staff education or training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Cura Health is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a CNA/TMA Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and training Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and trained medication assistants (TMAs), ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring healthcare staff. You will develop and implement engaging training programs, provide hands-on instruction, and evaluate trainee progress while promoting best practices and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
