The role requires North Carolina RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated experience in adult education and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Adult education experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in developing and delivering clinical education programs.
• Ability to coordinate orientation and continuing education materials.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates orientation for new and transferred staff.
• Creates and manages education programs and mandatory trainings.
• Collaborates with Patient Safety and Quality teams to improve care quality.
