The Clinical Educator will coordinate continuing education, manage data collection, and support departmental quality initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN required; master’s degree preferred for educator role.
• 3–5 years of recent clinical experience with ongoing clinical skills mastery.
• ACLS and PALS instructor credentials preferred within 2 years.
• Experience in adult education and orientation of new staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates education programs and mandatory training.
• Orientates new contract nurses and hires; supports staff development.
• Lead and participate in Skills Fair and competency testing.
• Update HealthStream modules and maintain education records.
• Collaborate with Patient Safety and Quality teams to improve outcomes.
• Provide consultation on education processes and accreditation requirements.
