Job summary

Rocky Mount Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse leader to develop and manage our professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute setting. You will oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing education to ensure regulatory compliance and staff excellence.

The role requires active RN licensure in the state, ASN or higher nursing degree, and 2+ years of nursing experience, with LTC/SNF or clinical education experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Two (2+) years' nursing experience required.
• Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience strongly preferred.
• CDC - IPCO Certification required or must be willing to complete within 5 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute care / skilled nursing / short-term rehabilitation setting.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff, training existing staff, and rolling out new compliance and regulatory training.
