You will oversee online and blended learning initiatives, coordinate with leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• CNPD or related certification preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering online or blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead education strategy and programs across the organization.
• Mentor and coach staff to elevate clinical practice.
• Develop and implement online and blended learning solutions.
• Evaluate training impact and adjust programs accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with organizational goals.
