Rocky Mount Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse with long-term or short-term rehab experience to advance your career. You will join a team focused on growth, support, and a clean start for your nursing journey, with leadership dedicated to nurturing staff.

Responsibilities include managing the professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute setting, onboarding and training staff, and ensuring regulatory and credentialing compliance.

Formación

• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN licensure in the state.
• 2+ years nursing experience.
• Long-Term Care or SNF nursing experience preferred.
• CDC- IPCO Certification or willing to complete within 5 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute setting.
• Assist onboarding and training new staff, training existing staff, and rolling out new compliance training.
• Ensure the center remains in compliance with regulatory, credentialing and educational requirements.
