Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Erin, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Development Coordinator to educate and develop nursing staff in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

You will lead in-service trainings, assess competency of CNAs, provide one-on-one instruction, and ensure new staff receive targeted training before delivering resident care. On-call duties may apply as part of coverage.

Qualifications

• RN license with active state licensure.
• Minimum three years clinical experience; long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification; knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff.
• Regularly assess CNA competency and provide 1:1 instruction when needed.
• Train new staff and ensure readiness before patient care.
