Signature HealthCARE in Erin, TN seeks a detail-oriented Staff Development Coordinator to train and educate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will develop and deliver in-service education, monitor CNA competencies, and provide one-on-one coaching as needed. On-call is required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package within a family-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in a health care setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledgeable of long-term care laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing department staff.
• Regularly check CNA competency and provide one-on-one instruction as needed.
• Provide skill training to new staff before allowing tasks with residents.
