Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years related supervisory or management experience preferred.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidenced based practice to develop and implement clinical goals, policies and procedures.
• Designs safe clinical systems to ensure quality patient care and customer service.
• Promotes teamwork and staff development while ensuring adequate staffing and compliance with licensure and regulations.
• Participates in budgeting, onboarding, training and performance improvement activities.
• Leads quality assurance efforts and supports performance improvement programs.
