Capital Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes safety, discharge planning, and evidence-based practices across hospital units.

The RN will participate in performance improvement activities, support education for patients and families, and ensure effective handoffs for continuity of care. A valid NJ or multi-state RN license and BLS are required, with several certifications encouraged or required

Qualificações

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Nursing experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: AHA BLS, NJ or multi-state RN license, TNCC/ACLS/PALS/ENPC.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers quality care to patients through a team effort.
• Assesses patient safety and follows policies/procedures.
• Plans and documents discharge to maximize meaningful activities.
• Provides discharge instructions and coordinates with care team.
• Participates in Joint Commission readiness and performance improvements.
• Supports patient education on medications and care plans.
