Job summary

Capital Health Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to develop and implement education programs for nursing staff across ambulatory settings. This role ensures evidence-based practice, compliance with regulatory standards, and supports staff competency and patient safety.

The RN specialist will lead onboarding for new practices and contribute to performance improvement initiatives in a dynamic health system environment.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Four years of RN clinical experience required.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider must be current.
• NJ RN license and PA RN license.
• Ability to develop and lead education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements clinical education programs for Capital Health Medical Group.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and adheres to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Acts as a clinical resource for staff, providers, patients and families.
• Leads onboarding and competency assessments for new hires and practice acquisitions.
• Collaborates with leadership to monitor performance improvement and quality measures.
