Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and RN licensure in NJ.
• Ability to supervise all levels of unit personnel and coordinate care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all levels of unit personnel on assigned shifts and adjusts staff schedules.
• Coordinates care with nursing and medical staff and other departments.
• Addresses patient, family and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
