Inspira Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN to partner with IMG practices, helping patients navigate our health system and coordinating their needs with organizational resources. The role supports clinical triage and transfers using protocols and clinical judgment to determine appropriate actions.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ RN license with BLS, and have 3–5 years of direct patient care experience in inpatient, rehab, sub-acute, or ambulatory care settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with required NJ license and BLS certification.
• Experience in acute inpatient, rehab or ambulatory care settings preferred.
• 3–5 years direct patient care experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care in partnership with IMG practices.
• Provide clinical support and triage based on protocols and judgement.
• Assist in transferring and prioritizing patient needs.
