Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate by third employment anniversary date.
• Nationally recognized nursing licensure is required for practice.
• AHA BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care course required within 6 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.
• National certification in specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
• Meet the needs of the patient, family and multidisciplinary team via communication, coordination and evaluation.
