Job summary

Inspira Health Network is seeking a nurse educator to deliver clinical systems classroom training and provide hands-on adoption support for clinicians. You will contribute to the learning experience, offer go-live assistance, and maintain training records across Inspira's southern New Jersey network.

The role requires RN licensure, strong communication, and experience educating healthcare teams on Cerner Millennium and other clinical applications. Travel between hospitals may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with strong clinical background.
• Experience delivering professional education in healthcare.
• Ability to train clinicians on clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training for clinical systems.
• Provide at-the-elbow adoption support for clinicians.
• Attend train-the-trainer sessions and maintain records.
• Offer go-live and ongoing adoption support for Cerner users.
• Coordinate with facilities across hospitals and satellite units.
