Habitat Health in California is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to oversee the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care and smooth daily operations. You will lead nurses, MAs, and scheduling while coordinating with vendors and facilities.,

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in California.
• 2+ years leading nursing teams and managing clinic operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust within a team.
• Experience caring for a complex geriatric population with chronic conditions.
• Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to provide after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic.
• Assign duties to clinic staff and guide shifts to ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to clinic team members.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
• Manage clinic schedules to maintain coverage.
• Monitor quality initiatives, audit readiness and CAPs with Clinic Services Manager and Medical Director.
• Provide hands-on clinical care as needed.
