Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead the Clinic Training education efforts for the PACE and ACS nursing teams. The role includes clinical oversight, curriculum development, and process standardization to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires California RN licensure, a BLS credential, and strong experience in geriatric education within a CMS PACE framework. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 5 years with frail elderly (CMS PACE).
• Minimum of 2 years in a PACE program.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on training experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Education and Training Department.
• Implement competency assessments for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs.
• Develop evidence-based training materials and standardized protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve safety and quality.
