Ascension Health's Ascension Medical Group in Tulsa, OK seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Cardiology Consult and Heart Failure Clinic. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

The full-time role runs 8:00am–5:00pm. Requires Oklahoma RN license and BLS, with opportunities for professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Must hold an Oklahoma RN license and active BLS certification.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.

• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

• Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
