Job summary

Ascension Medical Group in Tulsa, OK invites a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology Consult and Heart Failure Clinic. This full-time role focuses on coordinating patient care, implementing care plans, and communicating patient status to the care team.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure smooth discharge planning and adherence to treatment plans. BLS and Oklahoma RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Oklahoma required.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire required.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition to the care team.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

How you'll make an impact in this role

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
