Mercy is seeking experienced registered nurses to provide patient-centered care across Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics, and NICU units. The role requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and will involve rotating weekends and holidays.

Candidates must be experienced; new graduates are not eligible. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, coordinating care with multiple departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• RN license active in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and mobility requirements.

Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Position Details:

Will float to Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics and NICU.

Nightshift 7p-7a. Full time only. Will rotate weekends/holidays.

Experienced Nurses only- No new graduates.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.


• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.


• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.


• Physical requirements/demands:
  
  
  
  • Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  
  
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
