Mercy in Missouri is seeking experienced registered nurses to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating with other departments. The role involves floating to Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics and NICU, with a dayshift from 7am to 7pm.

Full-time position includes rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree, RN license in Missouri or compact, and BLS certification, with physical ability to

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire.
• Position requires lifting 50 pounds on a regular basis; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements/demands:
  • Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
