Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gretna, VA is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will lead nursing staff and provide direct patient care in a compassionate, patient‑centered environment.

We value caring, warm-hearted nurses who want meaningful work. Responsibilities include supervision, care planning participation, and maintaining MFA guidelines while building strong relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current license with Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One year of previous nursing experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
