Job summary

Beaufont Health & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing care at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care, and communicate with the Unit Manager to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient relationship-building, collaboration with other disciplines, and leadership in daily care planning. A caring heart and dedication to helping others are essential.

Qualifications

• Current license with Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One (1) year of previous experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.

• Communicates patient status to the Unit Manager.
