Job summary

Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gretna is seeking LPNs for its 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state and MFA guidelines, and writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status for RN review.

Qualifications include Virginia LPN license and one year of experience; new grads welcome. We offer Daily Pay, medical/dental/vision after 90 days, competitive wages with shift differentials ($30-$35), PTO

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
