Job summary

Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for our 105-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Charlottesville. We are looking for caring, warm-hearted nurses who want to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and their families.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, communicating patient status to the Unit Manager, and participating in care planning conferences.

Qualifications

• Current license with Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One year of previous nursing experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
