Priority Management Group, LLC in Texas is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will work under guidance of the DON and collaborate with physicians to evaluate residents and plan nursing services.

You will perform chart reviews, assist with care planning, and handle administrative duties such as forms, reports and charting. A current RN license in good standing is required, as well as a team-first attitude and a commitment to resident well-being.
