Parkwood in the Pines is seeking a Charge Nurse to join our state-of-the-art facility and lead a compassionate clinical team. You will work under the guidance of the DON and ADON, collaborating with physicians to assess residents and plan nursing services.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—supporting professional development.
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings and early problems.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents: forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.
