Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to provide direct resident care and to supervise nursing staff and CNAs in a long-term care setting. The role requires an active RN license and a nursing degree.

Preference is given to candidates with prior RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and an active RN license in the state.
• RN Charge Nurse experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines; collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities:

The RN Charge Nurse is responsible to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and the CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Key Qualifications:

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
• Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community is preferred.
