HMR Veteran Services is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead and support the nursing team in delivering direct resident care. You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure services meet federal, state, and local regulations, and supervise Licensed Nurses and CNAs.
You will monitor resident conditions, coordinate care interventions, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. A BSN/ADN and active RN license are required.
