HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care and oversee day-to-day operations on the assigned unit, ensuring quality resident care in line with regulations and standards.

This on-site night-shift role requires strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills, with responsibilities including supervising nurses and CNAs, administering medications, documenting care, and ensuring a safe, resident-centered environment.

Position Summary

The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents while overseeing the day‑to‑day clinical operations of the assigned unit. This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality resident care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.

Schedule

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
