HMR Veteran's Services, LLC in Bay Minette, Alabama seeks a dedicated RN Charge Nurse to provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting.

You will ensure compliance with federal and state standards, mentor CNAs, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality resident outcomes. Prior charge nurse experience is preferred; RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, active RN license in this state.
• Prior RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

The RN Charge Nurse is responsible to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and the CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
• Previous RN Charge Nurse experience in a long-term care community is preferred.
