Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking an RN Case Manager to ensure delivery of appropriate, timely, and beneficial care for customer-owners, aligning with case management standards and Advance Access principles. This role will support the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) project.
Qualified candidates are graduate nurses licensed in Alaska, with BLS certification and at least one year of nursing experience or completion of the SCF RN Case Manager Training Program.
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) RN Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of appropriate, timely, and beneficial care for customer-owners which promotes quality and cost-effective health care outcomes working within established standards for case management practice and Advance Access principles. This position will be supporting the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury project. (TABI).
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population.
