Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking an RN Case Manager to ensure delivery of appropriate, timely, and beneficial care for customer-owners, aligning with case management standards and Advance Access principles. This role will support the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) project.

Qualified candidates are graduate nurses licensed in Alaska, with BLS certification and at least one year of nursing experience or completion of the SCF RN Case Manager Training Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• License in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty.
• One year nursing experience or successful completion of the RN Case Manager Training Program at SCF.

Responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate, timely, and cost-effective care for customer-owners.
• Support the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) project within SCF.
• Work within established standards for case management practice and Advance Access principles.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent

Alaska RN license
