Job summary

OHARA, LLC is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor (RN) to lead nurse case managers, ensuring patient-centered outcomes through coaching and performance management.

You will develop staff, monitor quality, and partner with leadership to align with URAC standards while supporting growth and efficiency. A vehicle stipend and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of workers' compensation case management experience.
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
  • Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability, respect, and continuous learning.
  • Coach employees through performance management, professional development, and recognition opportunities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth initiatives.
  • Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution to support operational success.
  • Perform case audits and quality reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
  • Serve as a clinical and operational resource for staff members.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure URAC standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate service quality.
  • Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality outcomes.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and support business objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives that shape the future of our case management services.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, workforce planning, and employee retention efforts.
  • Participate in customer relations, business development, and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Travel up to 25% to support operations and team needs.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required
  • Prior supervisory, leadership, or people-management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems
  • Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential or another URAC-approved certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
