argenx US is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (NCM) to educate patients and caregivers about generalized Myasthenia Gravis and argenx therapies. You will coordinate care, assist with insurance updates, and navigate financial assistance programs across a remote US territory.

The role requires clinical experience, case management background, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, patient-centric support. Some regional travel may be required.

Formación

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare (hospital, home health, pharma/biotech).
• 2-5+ years of case management.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products.
• Communicate insurance updates to patients and caregivers.
• Explain and coordinate financial assistance programs and logistics for therapy.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams to troubleshoot reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and providers to ensure individualized support.
• Educate patients to empower advocacy and self-management.
