Job summary

argenx US is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (NCM) to be the single point of contact for patients and caregivers, educating them about gMG and argenx products. The NCM coordinates therapy logistics and communicates insurance updates, aligning regionally and traveling up to 50% as needed.

The role requires an RN license, strong communication skills, and 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in case management. Vaccination and pharmacovigilance training complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• 2-5+ years of case management.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry a must
• Reimbursement experience a plus.
• Must live in geographically assigned territory.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates and findings to the patient and/or caregiver.
• Review and educate patients on financial assistance programs and coordinate therapy logistics.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to ensure appropriate support.
