Job summary

Crossfire Consulting Corp. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Health Care Professional Case Manager - RN to join our occupational health team. The contract role supports employees across two Baltimore locations; start ASAP and is full-time, with hybrid work arrangement.

You will assess and manage work-related injuries, illnesses and exposures, providing timely, compassionate support. You will work with a nurse manager, a full-time nurse practitioner, and two staff nurse case managers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license and RN degree.
• Experience in critical care, occupational health or case management.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong customer service and assessment skills.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Willingness to commute and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage work-related injury, illness, and exposure cases.
• Provide timely, compassionate support to employees.
• Coordinate with nurse manager, NP and two staff nurse case managers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours reporting.
• Support coordination across two Baltimore locations.
