nTech Workforce is seeking a Health Care Case Manager - Registered Nurse in Baltimore, MD. This role supports occupational health and case management across multiple locations with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will evaluate work-related injuries or illnesses, perform clinical assessments, and provide high-quality customer care while rotating on-call every four weeks. The position is a 12-month contract with a daily schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, reporting to Spring Gardens and RBC Fleet

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• Experience in critical care, occupational health, or case management.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
• Willingness to commute between office locations ~25 minutes apart.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for work-related injuries, illnesses, and exposure incidents.
• Maintain a hybrid schedule; report to Spring Gardens office and RBC Fleet office.
• Participate in a weekly 24-hour on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clinical support to patients and internal team members.
• Collaborate with a Nurse Manager, Nurse Practitioner, and Staff Nurse Case Managers.

Overview

• Our client is seeking a Health Care Professional Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management and occupational health support across multiple designated locations. The primary scope of this role encompasses evaluating work-related injury, illness, or exposure reporting, conducting clinical assessments, and delivering high-quality customer care. The candidate will maintain a standard full-time schedule while participating in a periodic 24-hour on-call rotation to ensure timely and effective medical response and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manage, and coordinate care for work-related injuries, illnesses, and exposure incidents.
• Maintain a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Spring Gardens office as the primary location and traveling to the RBC Fleet office on Thursdays or as needed.
• Participate in a weekly 24-hour on-call rotation schedule every 4 weeks to address urgent work-related health matters.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clinical support to patients and internal team members.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Nurse Manager, Nurse Practitioner, and Staff Nurse Case Managers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse Degree.
• Professional experience in critical care, occupational health, or case management.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong customer service, critical clinical assessment, and adaptability skills.
• Willingness to commute between office locations situated approximately 25 minutes apart.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science Degree.
